We are seeking a highly motivated and focused Senior Manager of Revenue and Financial Operations to join our growing team. You will oversee and manage comprehensive revenue reconciliations, including the alignment of revenue with inventory depletion. This role is critical for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial reporting, and it requires strong analytical skills and collaboration with various teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Full Revenue Reconciliations: Perform end-to-end revenue reconciliations, including tracking and reconciling refunds, discounts, promotions, and other adjustments. Ensure that all revenue figures are accurate and reflect the true financial performance of the company.
  • Month-over-Month (MoM) Analysis: Conduct detailed MoM revenue analysis, identifying trends, variances, and potential risks. Prepare and present these analyses to the Director of Corporate Accounting, ensuring that all findings are thoroughly documented and supported.
  • 3-Way Cash Match: Execute a comprehensive 3-way cash match, reconciling cash receipts to recorded revenue and ensuring consistency across all financial records.
  • Revenue to Inventory Reconciliation: Reconcile revenue figures with inventory depletion, ensuring that all sales are accurately reflected in inventory records. Liaise with the inventory team to resolve discrepancies and ensure alignment between financial records and physical inventory.
  • Accounts Receivable Management: Oversee the AR process, including monitoring AR balances, ensuring timely collections, and maintaining accurate records of receivables.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for improving revenue reconciliation processes, implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
  • 7+ years of accounting experience within an eCommerce or CPG business is required; start-up/high growth experience is preferred
  • CPA or working toward CPA designation preferred
  • Advanced skills in Excel, with the ability to manipulate, digest, and summarize large amounts of data
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, adhere to tight deadlines, and unafraid to ask questions

The listed range is applicable only to the annual base salary and does not include additional perks, benefits, or applicable bonus eligibility comprising the total compensation package.

Salary Range:

$125,000 – $140,000 USD
