We seek a Senior Manager of Growth & Strategy to drive high-impact, cross functional initiatives that accelerate growth and monetization of airSlate’s product portfolio. The growth team owns pricing strategy company-wide, upsell strategies via Product Qualified Leads from airSlate’s large individual user base, and supports the CEO on strategic topics including GTM strategy, product strategy and monetization. The Growth & Strategy Senior Manager will be a key member of airSlate’s growth team, provide strategic insights to teams and departments throughout the organization and work cross-functionally to lead high priority strategic initiatives.
Salary range: $125,000/yr – $155,000/yr

Required skills:

    • An analytical thinker, able to reach data driven conclusions and give high quality presentations
    • A tendency to think through many different points of view, especially the customer
    • Strong business acumen and instincts in many different areas (able to collaborate with marketing, sales, customer success & product)
    • Knowledge of typical SaaS KPIs and what they’re used for
    • Strong presentation skills
    • Strong data analysis and/or financial modeling skills

We expect 5-10 years experience in any combination of the following:

    • Product management, pricing & packaging or data analytics at a growing SaaS company
    • Corporate strategy, biz ops or product marketing
    • Venture capital, investment banking, corporate development, strategy consulting
    • Early-stage start-up experience wearing many different hats

What helps you rock:

    • Prior growth or strategy experience at a SaaS company
    • Familiarity with Product-Led Growth strategy
    • Experience with pricing strategy or conversion rate optimization
