ezCater is leading the charge into the new era of how the world thinks about Food for Work.  As the Senior Manager, Enterprise Programs, you will own and lead innovative programs that transform how our customers think about food.  You will partner with various go-to-market teams across the customer lifecycle & spectrum to transform strategies into operational experiments with the goal of standing up & scaling new programs through both internal & external collaboration.  You will be a core stakeholder in the strategic direction of our food for work platform and will be relied upon as a subject matter expert to distinguish our programs as best-in-class. As a part of our sales leadership team, you’ll operate with an entrepreneurial mentality as we build the holistic food platform of tomorrow.

What You’ll Do: 

  • Lead and develop a team. We’ve got a small team that has built the foundation and you’ll define the future of how we look at our Enterprise Programs.  From revenue driving business development to operationally innovative project managers, you’ll have the keys to drive the next phase of our growth story.
  • Develop, implement, and mature new initiatives and programs. You’ll own the process & outcomes for key investments that we’re making to build food for work of the future as well as work with key stakeholders for graduating programs to core teams for long term growth.
  • Identify and evaluate potential partners. You’ll be a key stakeholder in the discussion on how we deliver for our customers both through building internally & partnering externally.
  • Drive visibility and accountability. As a cross-functional leader, you’ll develop program plans, understand & assess competing priorities & blockers, while keeping stakeholders & partners engaged by leading with transparency.
  • Collaborate. You’ll collaborate with leadership across Sales, Customer Support, Partner Success, Product, and Marketing to jointly achieve key objectives.
  • Invent, test, and measure. We’ve got promising programs that deliver results & a great experience by being willing to try and track – you’ll have the autonomy to make smart bets as we evolve and scale.
  • You’ll Provide Data. Lead the creation of weekly, monthly and quarterly goals, while keeping executive leaders (and more importantly the members of your team) apprised of the org’s vision, goals, and progress. You’ll also identify opportunities for improved efficiencies and profitable workstreams.
  • Drive Diversity, Ensure Equity and Ingrain Inclusion.  You lead with empathy and build teams that do the same ensuring that our teams model the diverse communities which we serve.
  • Navigate restricted and complex verticals. You’ll lead programs that require a deep understanding of regulations and their impact on transactions.

What You Have:

  • 7+ years of experience in business development, consulting, or client-facing program management
  • 3+ years of experience leading dynamic, diverse teams
  • Able to problem solve with experience launching new products, programs, or partnerships with cross-functional collaboration
  • Data driven ability with a knack for numbers and a sense of when to push & pull
  • Excellent communication and treats others with respect and conveys expectations clearly
  • Technically savvy – you have your favorite tools and you know how to leverage new ones
  • Kindness – you play well with others and can be candid without being cruel

The national on-target earnings (base salary + commission) cash compensation range for this role is $188,000 – $220,000* per year.
