This role presents an exciting opportunity to contribute to the entire Go-To-Market (GTM) Lifecycle, covering 5 key areas of responsibility:


1. New Sales: You will engage with Customers at both the influencer and economic buyer levels in a consultive and advisory role to support strategically important new logo deals. Primarily, this role will utilize a blend of General Business Acumen, Executive Level Communication Skills, Solution Selling Skills, Industry Specific Knowledge and Quickbase & Technology Expertise to improve the performance of the Sales Team.  This role should bring a highly collaborative, Business-First, Technology-Second perspective that will complement sales by acting as a Non-Sales Customer Advocate and Trusted Advisor to ensure that we are creating customer confidence, aligned expectations and grounding the value proposition in the customer’s language in order to create engagement and momentum. Specifically, this role will help act as a force-multiplier to the existing sales organization by assisting the Sales Owner within the buyer insights and initial seller’s proof as well as the introductory meeting, using their expertise and industry insights to inform and guide the Sales Consultant client demonstrations, help customers connect with the value and outcomes that Quickbase can deliver, assist with the Validation and Justification messaging during phase 2 of our sales process.
2. Customer Success: You will act as a Customer Success Liaison with the Technical Account Managers, Quote Engineering and Delivery Teams to help share customer intelligence as well as to provide knowledge transfer to ensure a solid transition for the customer in order to maintain their confidence and satisfaction with any services delivered.
3. Expansion Sales: In addition to the New Sales activities and outcomes, you will play a unique role within our Expansion Sales by engaging the Account Executives and other members of the sales team during territory planning, to help identify existing clients within our focused targets that have horizontal processes within the domain of expertise. This will contribute to improved prospecting and horizontal lead generation within those accounts.
4. Marketing: You will utilize their Domain Expertise, Current Domain Trends, Real-world experience, and Technical Acumen to help inform Marketing messaging and materials, to contribute as a speaker/facilitator of Domain related conferences, round-tables and webinars. The Goal of this area of responsibility is to help increase the number of Sales Qualified Leads (SQL) that our Marketing can generate.
5. Content / Product Development: You will create, oversee , and review applications or solutions that can be applied to the Manufacturing vertical. You will collaborate closely with the Solutions Marketing team and create generally applicable use cases for the Manufacturing vertical.
  • 10+ years experience working in the Manufacturing Vertical, with intimate knowledge of front-line production work, lean methods, quality and maintenance operations and administrative workflows as it pertains to EHS, Logistics and People Management.
  • 2+ years experience building applications in Quickbase for the Manufacturing vertical
