About your role
You will be involved in all aspects of software development; design, build, test and run cycle. No big up-front design, but small iterative steps continuously delivered to our customers. We believe in measurable actions, all work is designed as smart experiments to drive our product development cycle.
Web1on1 is a Messaging Contact Center (Est. 2009). We introduced Live Chat as a Service in The Netherlands. Since then growing our business has been quite a trip. We are currently servicing leading brands in the Automotive and Real Estate Industry.

You are a seasoned, experienced software engineer with a great passion for your craft. Are you curious and do you love and improving yourself? Then you will probably have an innovative mind and are able to find pragmatic solutions, while never losing quality out of sight. At Web1on1 we love new technologies and you are able to quickly master these, even more, you are probably the person proposing these new technologies. You’re equally comfortable discussing business requirements with the product owner and writing well- engineered clean code.
- 10+ years as a professional software developer;
- Focus on clean, well-engineered code;
- A highly collaborative and communicative nature;
- A keen interest in data-driven product development: analytics, A/B testing.
Familiarity with these are a plus:
- MongoDB, Redis;
- Testing Frameworks (Mocha, Karma);
- Continuous integration and continuous delivery (Ansible).
