As Sr. Director of Product, Invoicing you will be acting as a general manager and leading our invoicing product with a focus on the global application. You will bring an energy and passion to the discipline of product and will build on our collective expertise to solve our customer’s invoicing needs. We are looking for someone who has deep product knowledge and understands what it takes to lead a mature product. This individual will enjoy the complexity of managing customer needs, product opportunities and table stakes in a high revenue, high volume product setting. We move quickly and are not afraid to question the status quo. There is a lot going on at any given time and so this person will thrive on variety and new challenges. This is not a management only position, you must be curious and desire understanding our product and the customers we serve.
You’ll need to know or quickly learn the business processes that surround the office of the CFO (our target customer) and the needs of B2B. You will quickly become an expert with our Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions and target markets, and use that knowledge to facilitate the growth of our product.
At a higher level, you will work closely with a diverse, experienced team of colleagues, clients and partners to solve complex problems in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. You will partner with cross-functional leaders from Dev, UX, Marketing, Sales and Professional Services, to gain insight, develop ideas, and craft a vision for products that will support their goals and push the overall business forward. You will quickly become an expert with our Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions and target markets, and use that knowledge to facilitate the growth of our product suite.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead team of product owners/managers providing mentoring and career development
- Responsible for overseeing the day to day needs of our global invoicing product
- Set a vision and direction for product to be transformational and best in class
- Define and manage product metrics
- Execute business and revenue models and drive impact
- Ability to analyze risk and priorities, lead process improvement, and create risk mitigation appropriately
- Communicate team and product status, obstacles, roadmaps, and priorities to the organization
- Responsible for the product roadmap, initiatives and and business case to drive product value
- Determine and roll out improvements for alignment and delivery
- Launch early adopter programs, and transitions to production
- Work with cross-functional teams to design, build, launch and iterate on value-adding products, features and services
- Other duties as assigned
What You’ll Bring to the Team:
- Proven ability to successfully drive strategy and execution in a fast-paced, solution-centric environment – 12+ years of relevant experience ideal including background in product management
- Demonstrated ability to manage, mentor & coach team members to their potential
- Demonstrated savvy to work directly with prospects and clients in sales engagements and user forums – Strong client consulting acumen with an ability to influence
- Proven ability to partner with Engineering, Marketing, Sales, UX and other teams to disseminate key market drivers
- Self-motivated with strong relationship building skills spanning from operational audiences to executive audiences
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally, and work well in a distributed team-oriented environment
- Demonstrated understanding of Agile/Scrum
- Proven experience in Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), order-to-cash, credit, collections, fintech, payments or analytics strongly preferred
SALARY RANGE BELOW FOR COLORADO BASED APPLICANTS ONLY
Target Base Compensation: $160,000.00 – $180,000.00 (bonus offered in addition to base compensation)
