The ideal candidate for the Customs Associate position at Quince is an experienced professional with an understanding of transactional customs brokerage for all modes of transportation, U.S. Customs and PGA regulations, and customs brokerage operations. Experience with eCommerce is a plus. This individual should be detail-oriented and data-driven, and able to strike the right balance between speed and compliance.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure timely filing of AMS/ACAS and ISF data, customs entries, and timely exception resolution
- Ensure timely approval of daily statements to CBP
- Coordinate with internal teams and external supply chain partners to ensure timely clearance of goods where third-party brokers are used
- Support daily/weekly reporting and internal auditing
DESIRED SKILLS:
- Proven track record of at least 3-5 years in customs brokerage operations, or holds a valid U.S. Customs Brokers License. If not currently licensed, desire to pursue U.S. Customs Brokers License.
- Experience working with all modes of transportation, primarily air, truck, and ocean, and experience with PGA declarations. Experience with e-Commerce and de minimis shipments is a plus.
- Strong excel skills, experience with Looker is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities, ability to operate independently with strong judgment when escalating issues.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with customers, customs authorities, and internal teams.
- Bachelors degree is preferred but not required.

Pay Range
$55,000 – $75,000 USD
