As a BullhornOne Senior Customer Success Consultant, you will be responsible for the onset adoption and optimization for some of our most strategic BH1 clients. You will work closely and collaboratively with our Sales, Support, Professional Services and our SI Partners helping to support troubleshooting, drive customer health and stabilize our customers after implementation through refresher trainings, best practice sessions and workflow reviews.

The BullhornOne Customer Success Specialist is responsible for helping our customers gain the confidence coming out of implementation and then also help our clients see value from our software that will help their business succeed and serves as our customer advocate.

 

As a BullhornOne Senior Customer Success Specialist, a typical day might include:

  • Spearheading strategic initiatives that impact the business directly.
  • Mentoring team members to enable continued growth and development 
  • Leading Team Meetings where appropriate 
  • Reviewing account information and health data to proactively determine actions you can take to help them be successful
  • Serving as a thought leader and sharing best practices to optimize the customer’s return on investment.  
  • Collaborating with other departments to identify high priority issues and engage the Product Management and Software Engineering teams to implement a resolution.

 

This job might be for you if:

  • You are a professional communicator with exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • You have experience with API and SQL
  • You enjoy troubleshooting and finding solutions
  • You are a self-starter who proactively works to achieve individual and team goals
  • Have 1-3 years of experience supporting BullhornOne solution
  • You have been successful in roles that require you to build rapport quickly
  • You are comfortable asking questions and understanding others’ perspective
  • You have experience working with different levels of stakeholders, from end-users to executive-level
