As the Senior Creative Performance Strategist, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, creating, and optimizing engaging and impactful creative campaigns that meet our core growth KPIs. Leveraging your creative prowess and analytical mindset, you will drive innovative approaches to maximize campaign performance, enhance brand visibility, improve brand perception, and exceed business objectives.
Who you are:
- 7+ years of proven experience in creative performance marketing, with a track record of leading successful campaigns and achieving quantifiable results
- Exceptional ability to drive performance through effective creative strategy, demonstrated through a portfolio of successful creative marketing campaigns and projects
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent understanding of consumer behavior, marketing trends, and creative strategies that drive engagement and conversions
- Strong project management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities
- Deep understanding of brand guidelines, and adherence, ensuring all creative is aligned with core brand pillars and values
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and persuasively
- Proficiency in leveraging marketing tools, data analytics platforms, and creative software to optimize performance
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus
What you’ll do:
- Develop and execute creative marketing strategies and exceptional briefs that effectively engage target audiences and drive measurable results across multiple channels
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including brand, design, production, content, and data, channel teams, to align marketing efforts with business goals
- Drive the ideation, development, and execution of captivating and conversion-focused creative assets, including visuals, videos, copy, and interactive content
- Utilize A/B testing, user insights, and performance data to continuously optimize creative elements and refine marketing campaigns for maximum impact
- Analyze ROI and ensure team time is being spent on the appropriate growth and creative work
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to inform creative strategies and ensure the company remains at the forefront of innovation
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improving campaign performance and achieving KPIs
- Champion brand consistency and adherence to visual identity guidelines across all marketing touchpoints
- Act as a strategic thought leader, driving creative innovation and experimentation while maintaining a deep understanding of our target audience
Compensation:
The annual pay range for this full-time position is $130-160k with equity + benefits across all US locations (this position is 100% remote-US
