Our Legal team is growing just as quickly as Sprout—and you will too, with varying opportunities to sharpen your craft as the business scales. You’ll have the ability to provide input and ideas to help us solve hard problems, and see the tangible results of your work. As a team, we’re committed to excellence and take our work seriously, but we try not to take ourselves too seriously. Collaborative in nature, we show up each day ready to support each other’s growth and development—and have a lot of fun doing it.

- Drive impact and efficiency in product and privacy-related legal review processes by identifying areas for streamlining and serving as a privacy subject matter expert to the Legal team for contract negotiations, partnership agreements, employment matters, product compliance, and incident response.
- Run complex privacy negotiations with enterprise customers and provide strategic advice to Sales and Legal leadership on key deals.
- Create and maintain internal and external Privacy resources, playbooks, data maps, incident response policies, and trainings for Sprout.
- Enable product teams to move quickly by proactively identifying and helping to resolve areas of potential legal risk.
- Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, such as Marketing, Governance Risk and Compliance, Security, Product, AI/Data Science teams, DPO and outside counsel.
- Support Sprout’s privacy program including leading, monitoring, implementing and improving privacy compliance initiatives with minimal guidance.
