- Define and implement Xapo’s global communication and brand strategy.
- Own and guide the content direction, production, delivery and measurement of those assets from a variety of media sources.
- Champion product messaging across marketing, lifecycle and customer support to present new and prospective customers with a consistently fantastic experience.
- Develop messaging and go-to-market strategies for new features and diverse audiences.
- Lead concepting and copywriting for the development of brand: narrative, direction, storyline, structure, tone.
- Generate persuasive concepts and bring them to life through a deep understanding of the craft of copywriting.
- Drive content development needs at every stage of the customer lifecycle.
- Serve as an editorial gatekeeper for emails, push notifications and in-apps, ensuring fidelity to voice and tone and consistency
- Lead and execute integrated, cross-channel campaigns from concept to launch.
- Collaborate with Product and Design to develop a deep, data-driven understanding of client mindsets and behaviors in order to provide a remarkable user journey at every touchpoint.
- Working with the Growth and Product teams to generate deliverables to help drive Xapo growth in determined regions.
- 7+ years’ experience in marketing copywriting across different channels, using multiple media sources.
- Experience writing and creating content for complex, global brands.
- A strong communicator with attention to detail who can create consensus on plans, projects, and big ideas.
- A customer-first approach with a passion for storytelling and creative marketing.
- The ability to think holistically about content and business strategy, and to articulate a plan that covers various stages of the marketing funnel and customer journey.
- Experience turning high-level requirements into KPI’s/data-driven framework to influence business decision-making.
- Manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Native-level command of the English language.
