In this role, you’ll work across growth, product, and analytics teams to drive revenue across the business. As the first hire in this role, you’ll set the foundation for growth analytics and operations to measure the success and iteration of our experiments. You’ll help drive the Growth roadmap with your analysis, operationalize new experiments, and help plan for future experimentation.
What You’ll Do
  • Define experiment success/failure criteria using baselines and estimated impact
  • Drive high-leverage analysis to understand the revenue impact of experiments
  • Use experiment results to drive the experimentation roadmap
  • Manage the tracking across our experimentation tooling (Google Optimize, LaunchDarkly), ELT (Segment/Airbyte), and rETL (Hightouch)
  • Partner with the core analytics team to understand and contribute back to the core data layers
