We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Business Analyst/Program Manager to drive HR optimization initiatives within our organization. This individual will be responsible for building and implementing advanced metrics within Workday, delivering data-driven insights, and identifying key trends, hotspots, and themes that inform strategic decision-making. In addition to driving the development of smart metrics, this role will oversee the end-to-end program management of HR initiatives, working closely with cross-functional leaders to ensure effective execution.
Responsibilities:

  • HR Metrics & Insights Development:
    • Design, build, and implement sophisticated HR metrics in Workday, tailored to support organizational objectives.
    • Analyze HR data to uncover trends, hotspots, and emerging themes that impact business performance.
    • Develop and evolve key performance indicators (KPIs) that measure the success and effectiveness of HR processes and initiatives.
    • Partner with key stakeholders to ensure metrics align with business needs and drive actionable insights.
  • Program Management:
    • Lead the end-to-end program management for HR optimization projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business priorities.
    • Collaborate with the Director of Technology and Systems, Business Strategy Operations Lead, and Organizational Effectiveness/Change Management teams to drive cross-functional initiatives.
    • Develop comprehensive project plans, define milestones, and track progress against deadlines.
    • Provide leadership and guidance to ensure that all HR optimization initiatives are well-executed and achieve desired outcomes.
  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Build strong working relationships with cross-functional teams across HR, Technology, and Operations.
    • Act as a liaison between People teams and other business units to ensure alignment and integration of HR metrics and programs.
    • Provide regular updates to leadership on program status, key insights, and any emerging trends or issues.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    • Proactively identify areas for process optimization within HR systems and workflows.
    • Lead initiatives to evolve and refine HR metrics and reporting capabilities in Workday to ensure they remain aligned with evolving business needs.
    • Drive continuous improvement efforts by leveraging data and feedback from stakeholders to enhance program effectiveness and efficiency.

 

Requirements for the Role:

  • 7+ years of experience in business analysis or a related field, with a strong focus on HR systems and data optimization.
  • 7+ years of experience in end-to-end program management,
  • Expertise in Workday, including building and implementing HR metrics, reporting, and dashboards.
  • Experience developing and maintaining metrics and dashboards
  • Proven ability to analyze complex HR data, identify trends, and generate actionable insights.
  • Strong program management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including Technology, HR, Operations, and Change Management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels and package and deliver presentations at all levels.
  • Excellent strategic roadmapping and prioritization capabilities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • You have experience story telling and presenting technical outputs or concepts to a non-technical audience
  • Certification or experience with project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, Agile).
  • Experience in Organizational Effectiveness or Change Management is a plus.
  • A data-driven mindset with experience in advanced analytics tools and techniques.

This role is eligible for health insurance, life insurance, retirement benefits, participation in the company’s equity program, paid time off, including vacation and sick leave. The actual offer will be at the company’s sole discretion and determined by relevant business considerations, including the final candidate’s qualifications, years of experience, skillset, and geographic location. The expected salary range for this position is:

Min $146,761

MRP $172, 660

Max $207,192
