This position is needed to support the administration and build of Xactly compensation system.

The sales compensation systems team owns the lifecycle of implementation logic from business requirements to year-over-year redesigns, managing the plan design implementation in Xactly, responding to exceptional situations, and continuing to upgrade our Xactly Incent and Connect configurations for efficient operations. This role will allow the analyst to utilize previous Xactly experience maintaining our current process but also developing new automations and streamlining existing processes. Cross functional training is a core component of this role and growth opportunities exist to own projects in data engineering, financial analysis, budgeting and all things sales compensation.

Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll:

  • Support Sales Compensation team in managing Xactly instance
  • Manage process change requests from business partners and sales compensation team
  • Review Plan Designs to implement within Xactly
  • Provide guidance on automation and system improvement projects with Xactly Connect
  • Work with project manager on quarterly SOX requirements
  • Analyze and build reports in Xactly, supporting data team requests

Required:

  • 1-3 years experience with implementing incentive compensation systems
  • Prior experience carrying out technical responsibilities, such as rule writing, development, result analysis, troubleshooting, process improvement
  • Detail and Process oriented
  • Familiarity with reporting/data mining methodologies
  • Strong customer-focus and business acumen, and ability to effectively balance between the two
  • Superb communication and stakeholder collaboration skills

Desired:

  • Experience with Xactly Incent and Xactly Connect
  • Xactly Admin Certified
  • Experience with Salesforce
  • Outside consulting a plus
