What We’re Looking For:

Entrees (Requirements):

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Business (CPA or MBA a plus)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting and/or FP&A (experience with SaaS or tech company a plus)
  • Cost accounting experience a plus
  • Must possess strong finance skills, analytical problem-solving ability, and solid business acumen
  • Passion for using data to drive better decision making and connecting operational metrics with financial results
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across organizations and functions while utilizing resources effectively.
  • Systems Knowledge & Experience
    • Data Visualization (Microsoft Power BI, Tableau)
    • Microsoft AX Dynamics (Net Suite, Quick books a plus)
    • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Unleash your potential: What you will be doing and owning:

  • Direct day to day involvement of the company’s global commercial finance function for its $100M hardware product line
  • Lead timely & well-controlled monthly financial close of the company’s hardware product line.
  • Perform account reconciliations and prepare technical accounting entries for inventory, accounts receivable, and liability accounts.
  • Drive monthly close process and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Produce monthly product-level financial analysis and liaise with hardware operations leadership to promote results-driven commercial decision making.
  • Partner with business leaders to analyze financial data, identify insights, and recommend actions.
  • Facilitate timely and accurate data exchange from finance systems to accounting.
  • Assess financial systems and drive optimization.
  • Maintain key metrics and KPIs. Produce weekly/monthly reporting to business leaders.
  • Contribute to special projects and process improvements.

Compensation:

The base salary range for this position is $70,000 to $88,000 USD per year commensurate with work location, experience, skills, certifications, education, and prior accomplishments. The position may be eligible for additional compensation, including a bonus, commission and/or equity, as applicable.
