Reporting to the Global Head of Self-Serve, this role will coordinate the ongoing optimization of our B2C/Individual subscription business across: New Customer Acquisition, Renewals/Retention, Upsell/Upgrades, etc.. You’ll play a crucial role in managing our 8-figure B2C self-service revenue target and multi-million dollar marketing budget.

 

You’ll coordinate the deliverables of a wide variety of cross-functional teams across the company that support our B2C initiatives — including: Product-Led Growth, FinTech, Data, Finance — as well as Cart, Paid Media, Brand, Marketing Ops, Web, etc.

What you’ll own:

  • Coordinate our multi-channel, integrated B2C plan execution, partnering with a variety of internal + external teams – for example:
  • Paid Media optimization of our multi-million dollar B2C spend -Website & cart conversion rates maximization
  • Build & optimize our end-to-end nurture communications– across email, i n-product notifications, etc
  • Work with our Live Chat team to boost any/all B2C revenue opportunities
  • Partner with our PLG (Product Lead Growth) team to optimize the in-prod uct experience to boost Trial + paying customer engagement & retention rates
  • Test into optimal Product Pricing, Packaging, Promotion, Payments & Currency strategies
  • Aligning with Finance, Analytics, Marketing Ops, Execs, etc. to analyze and report on weekly financial performance (+ quickly adjust the tactical plans as needed – to ensure consistent delivery against targets)
  • Conduct ad hoc and recurring performance analyses using platforms such as: Tableau, Adobe Analytics, Salesforce, Grafana, Drift, Pendo, etc. – to inform our optimization efforts.

Experience you’ll need:

  • 5+ years working in marketing
  • 3+ years of B2C marketing experience
  • Strong project management skills; ability to pull together disparate requirements, get agreement on priorities, communicate clearly and drive timelines
  • Marketing Agency and/or Consulting experience preferred
  • A consistent record of driving online revenue growth
  • Experience in PLG / marketing / acquisition space for a fast paced SaaS company with a self-serve/commerce segment
  • International marketing experience preferred
