OUR OPPORTUNITY

The Sample Coordinator will support the Merchandising and Creative teams by providing excellent organizational and administrative assistance. This is an exciting and challenging opportunity to learn about merchandising from the ground up.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for facilitating the procurement, preparation, and flow of merchandise samples from pre-production to post-production. You will be an integral part of implementing streamlined sample processes to help eliminate insufficient ways of working and improve overall organization. You’ll also gain cross-functional experience in a critical behind-the-scenes role at a high growth MTC retailer!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supports Merchandising team on sample management from pre-production to post-production
  • Responsible for the organization of samples within limited office space – with the goal of launching ~2,000 new products, the flow of samples will become increasingly important
  • Implement sample processes to help eliminate inefficient ways of working and improve overall organization
  • Maintain sample dashboard – track samples, manage in-going and out-going packages and work closely with outside carriers (UPS, FedEX, DHL) when additional tracking is needed
  • Fulfill sample shipment requests quickly and accurately, confirming tracking information and ETAs with key stakeholders

 

* Please note, this role works in our San Francisco, CA office 5 days per week.

We rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. Bonus eligibility varies by role and is determined based on the position’s impact and contribution to our strategic goals.

Pay Range

$40,000 – $70,000 USD
