Reporting to the VP of Strategic Accounts, the RVP of Strategic Accounts will have responsibility for developing our strategic market, cultivating prospects, selling and closing key Fortune 500 accounts in the US.

How You Will Make an Impact:

  • Become a DailyPay product maven and perfect your DailyPay presentation skills
  • Pitch and close qualified prospects via webinar, sales calls and in person presentations
  • Leverage relationships with product champions to expedite deals to close rate
  • Navigate corporate structures to gain consensus across a broad range of stakeholders
  • Own a pipeline of valuable relationships, consistently moving partners to a close

What You Bring to The Team:

  • Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales quota objectives in the largest of enterprises
  • Proven experience developing and refining sales processes, sales planning and value propositions
  • Demonstrated success selling HR services, SaaS or benefits to Fortune 500 accounts
  • Resourceful problem solver who independently translates high level goals into actionable plans and results
  • High proficiency integrating CRM strategies, tech, data, analysis, and communications into the sales process
  • Accomplished in fostering influencing relationships with tech partners and management consulting alliances
  • Operate with a strong sense of urgency creating a results-driven, team-oriented environment
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with an approachable executive presence, charisma and an excellent public speaker
  • Ability to move fast, be bold and entrepreneurial, while thriving in a dynamic, quickly-changing environment
  • Must have the highest level of personal integrity and value, while soliciting the contribution of others
  • Indefatigable commitment to achieve outstanding results
  • Occasional need to work outside of normal business hours as required to support customers may be required
