We are searching for a resourceful, strategic and organized candidate that is passionate about company products and the clients they serve. Relationship Managers will act as the main point of contact for their clients, and be an advocate for any issues that may arise. They will be the liaison between the business and the technology. The ideal candidate will be the owner of their assigned accounts and work to create and execute strategic plans with each partner.

Preferred Skills:

  • 3 + years account manager experience
  • 3 + years sales experience (preferably consultative sales)
  • 2+ years business development experience
  • Proven history of successfully growing a book of business
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Excellent customer service
  • Ability to learn basic business tools (CRM, Google, Word, etc.)
  • Ability to effectively recommend and market new features and technology to clients
  • Development/technology background preferred but not required
  • Experienced in integrated payments a plus

Core Responsibilities:

  • Being the face of the company while advocating for your clients
  • Working closely with the Business Development Team on partnerships acquisition
  • Working with clients to create and execute a partner plan which includes a partner roadmap, marketing/dev strategy and strategic goals
  • Working with marketing on strategy and execution
  • Attending user conferences to support clients and promote our company
  • Maintain a positive relationship with clients to cultivate profitable book of business
  • Analyze trends and roadblocks in the industry
  • Proactively identify and assist with resolving partner and merchant issues
  • Triage with cross functional teams to include Sales, Marketing, Development and Technical Support

Remote Office Requirements: 

  • Must have access to a wired internet connection
  • Must have access to at least a 25 megabits per second (mbps) download and 20 mbps upload speed connection
  • Must be able to use a Windows Based PC. (only for roles that are in a phone queue)
