The RVP, East at is a strategic leader responsible for driving significant revenue growth, fostering customer satisfaction, and establishing the company as a thought leader in GTM Data & AI across the East Coast of the US & Canada. We seek an ambitious individual with a passion for selling the platform they use to run their sales team (!), high EQ and IQ, and a collaborative spirit. This role demands a track record of success and resilience in navigating challenges.
This leader will report directly to Laura’s CRO.  You will be responsible to drive thought leadership around GTM Data & AI across the region, ensuring that as enterprise customers think about how to plan and execute an AI plan for their go to market teams, will be the first call they make. The ideal candidate, based in New York City or Boston, will bring a unique blend of creativity, rigor, and a proactive mindset, contributing to‘s impact on large enterprise go-to-market teams.


    • Overachievement on revenue targets coupled with building a top-performing sales team.
    • Establishing an effective hiring process and attracting high-performing Enterprise Account Executives from your network.
    • Consistent development of the sales team, accelerating productivity, and defining success metrics.
    • Leveraging your C-Level network to successfully break into new accounts in your region.
    • Rolling up your sleeves and being a part of the extended sales team serving as the executive sponsor in complex sales engagements.
    • Accountability for forecast planning with a high degree of accuracy.
    • Alignment of territories and creation of relevant marketing plans to support objectives.
    • Flourishing in a startup culture, actively seeking innovative ways to create value for the business and team.
    • Proven track record of achieving 100% Year-over-Year revenue growth, guiding teams for strategic execution, and collaborating with CROs for consistent, repeatable sales motions.


    • Minimum of 7 years in leadership roles.
    • Preferred background in SAAS business software.
    • Valued experience in both large corporate and startup environments.
    • Possesses strong executive connections with regional sales leaders, ready to leverage for breaking into new accounts.
    • Demonstrated success in scaling the Eastern region from low tens of millions to $50M+.
    • Proven ability to lead teams selling complex business applications at the CXO level.
    • Exhibits excellent executive presence and thrives in ambiguity, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills.
    • Possesses a broad network across the Eastern region, known for attracting top talent.
    • Collaborative mindset, enthusiastic about contributing to the growth of a dynamic team.
    • Works with a sense of urgency while always being customer first.
    • Lead by example by demonstrating top-notch customer service and problem-solving.
