As a key leader of our Buyer Recruiting Team the Recruiting Manager, Agents will play a vital role in driving recruitment and strategies for a high growth, high volume Real Estate Team. Responsibilities include implementing best hiring practices while continually making process improvements to that strategy, motivating a team of individuals and partnering with operational leadership to ensure that the Buyer team achieves hiring goals. As the leader of a team that is building on the foundation for high volume 1099 contract Real Estate agents, you have the incredible opportunity to influence the overall effectiveness of our current and future state.

Role Responsibilities

    • Oversee recruiting strategies for Buy with Opendoor; Buyer Agents and Tour Assistants
    • Partner with business leaders and collaborate across multiple departments to drive the recruitment strategies and deliver on our rapid market expansion
    • Develop and manage both the short-term and longer-term roadmap for the team and candidates experience
    • Track goals, metrics and performance of the recruiting workflow and communicate results to help influence business insights
    • Propose and implement ongoing innovations and improvements to recruitment process
    • Provide support, mentorship, management and training to a team of recruiters, sourcers and coordinators at various levels
    • Go beyond your domain expertise and position yourself as a leader, who is additive to our culture and a champion for people

Skills Needed

    • 10+ years of Talent Acquisition experience
    • Minimum of 5+ years managing a team of recruiters, sourcers, and coordinators (indirectly) within a high volume, multi-unit environment; preferably in technology or fintech, real estate, or rapid growth industries
    • Proven success developing and deploying talent acquisition strategies and leading a team that can deliver results
    • An empathetic leader
    • Strong technical understanding of recruitment tech stack and tools such as Fountain, Indeed and LinkedIn Recruiter
    • Ability to be agile in the midst of extreme growth

Bonus points if

    • You have experience with agency recruiting, high volume recruitment, community outreach and on-campus recruiting strategies
For CO Residents Only, and in accordance with C.R.S. Sec. 8-5-101 et seq., the estimated base salary range for this role is $103,000 – $175,000 per year.
