What You Will Do:

  • Work closely with recruiters and candidates to coordinate interviews for candidates with speed and efficiency whilst delivering an excellent candidate experience
  • Work closely with the Talent Acquisition and the wider HR team on ad-hoc recruiting projects
  • Carry out various administrative duties to support the Talent Acquisition team
  • Assist the Talent Acquisition team with various events
  • Maintain accurate and consistent candidate data within our internal systems
  • Own the interviewer tracker which includes time to schedule and quantity per week & month
  • Be responsible for sending out the candidate survey and collating the results on a monthly basis

Your Qualifications:

  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize your work and tasks while managing time efficiently
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook
  • Able to demonstrate a strong attention to detail, solve problems proactively
  • Clear and concise communications skills with the ability to thrive whilst under pressure and work to tight deadlines
