The recruiting coordinator will play a vital role in the talent acquisition process at Quince by raising the bar on candidate experience and driving efficient scheduling of interviews. You will build scheduling processes from scratch, and assist in driving operational rigor of data and recruiting tool usage.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews for roles of all levels, from IC to senior leadership.
  • Partner with executive assistants, recruiters, and sourcers to streamline scheduling.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback.
  • Provide stellar candidate experience by addressing all candidates needs and ensuring process moves efficiently.
  • Provide any ad hoc support for events, meetings, etc. beyond interviews.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information, job postings, and recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other recruiting tools.
  • Generate and analyze recruitment metrics and reports to track progress, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for improving the hiring process.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of recruiting coordination experience in-house at a tech company
  • 1+ years of experience scheduling for leadership interviews
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to solve ambiguous problems and thrive in a fast pace environment
