The opportunity 

We’re looking for a full-time Recruiter to find us more of…well, us. This critical role will create innovative ways of finding talent and maximizing the efficiency of our assessment process, while ensuring a positive candidate experience that helps make us an employer of choice.   • Manage full-cycle recruitment for all departments by partnering with hiring managers to understand their business objectives and corresponding hiring needs
  • Provide an unparalleled candidate experience filled with transparency, responsiveness, and respect, regardless of outcome
  • Develop recruitment strategies specifically focused on attracting diverse, high-performing, self-motivated talent from across the country
  • Conceptualize creative, proactive sourcing strategies to engage and nurture a pipeline of active and passive talent; maintain contact with passive candidates for future opportunities
  • Review resumes, cultivate referrals, and pre-screen candidates in a timely, efficient manner
  • Drive the offer process, including seeking approvals, conducting reference checks, and assisting with salary negotiations
  • Assist with onboarding and training as needed
  • Communicate key metrics and insights to the leadership team on a regular basis

  • Evaluate Cost per hire
  • Increase Acceptance rate
  • Candidate satisfaction score

What you’ll need:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 5+ years experience recruiting for a fast-paced, early-stage company – ideally in e-commerce
  • Relentless drive to find the best talent
  • Ability to think analytically and leverage data to drive our overall recruiting strategy
  • Able to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment where needs may shift quickly and often
  • Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to collaborate cross-functionally
  • Highly reliable, organized, flexible, adaptable, and results-driven
  • Startup experience a plus; startup mindset a must!
