The people that make up your company ARE its culture. As a Recruiter at Apollo, you will be responsible for helping us grow our GTM team by recruiting a high-performing, caring, and diverse team. You are critical to the company’s success and set the tone a candidate has with us. This is a full-cycle role where you’ll source, close, strategize, consult hiring managers, and hopefully have some fun while doing it!

What you’ll do
- Drive Talent Acquisition: Utilize multiple channels to identify and attract top talent, helping us build our GTM team.
- Consultative Partnership: Partner closely with hiring managers, executives, and the recruiting team to understand open roles, market trends, and the competitive landscape.
- Strategic Recruitment: Design and implement innovative recruiting strategies to source and onboard top talent.
- Candidate Engagement: Screen candidates, engage them with compelling pitches about opportunities at Apollo and guide them through the recruitment process.
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from initial outreach to extending offers.
- Process Improvement: Continuously seek and implement improvements in our recruiting processes, leveraging your experience with ATSs like Lever, Greenhouse, and Ashby.

- ATS Proficient: You have experience working with modern Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Lever, Greenhouse, Ashby) and are adept at utilizing them to streamline recruitment processes.
- People-oriented: You love talking to people, understanding what motivates them, and building strong relationships.
- Organized & Detail-Oriented: You are highly organized, care deeply about candidate experience, and ensure no candidate falls through the cracks.
- Continuous Learner: You are passionate about learning and improving, and enjoy sharing your knowledge with others to enhance the team’s capabilities.

Location: This is a remote position that can be done from anywhere in the US or Canada.
