We are currently hiring a Contract Recruiter to join our Care Operations Team and grow the provider network working on the Hims and Hers platform. You will develop and implement our provider recruitment strategy and manage the full recruitment cycle for the doctors, registered nurses, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare providers hired to work on the platform. We are looking for a diligent, dedicated, and motivated individual who is passionate about healthcare and loves solving problems. The contract is for two months (November – December) with the possibility to extend depending on the business needs and performance.
You Will:
- Manage the full cycle of recruitment: Sourcing, screening, coordinating and conducting interviews, and developing a strong talent pipeline of highly qualified and diverse clinical professionals
- Develop, implement, and refine provider recruitment strategies
- Maintain consistent communication with key internal stakeholders & candidates through all stages of the recruitment process
- Maintain highly organized and accurate documentation on all candidates and interviews.
- Track, maintain, and report key metrics on recruiting goals
You Have:
- 2+ years of work experience in full-cycle recruiting
- Working knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment market trends.
- Innovative sourcing methods and experience creatively finding new candidates
- Familiarity with relevant tools and programs (like LinkedIn, job boards, and applicant tracking systems)
- Exceptional communication skills, both written & verbal
- Self-starter aptitude and ability to work independently: you’ll be working in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple projects and managing competing priorities
- Bonus points if you have experience in clinical recruitment
