Required Qualifications

  • Demonstrate a strong work ethic and a proactive team mentality
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure precise and timely payments to providers
  • Emphasize open communication, teamwork, and dedication to employee growth
  • Possess intermediate spreadsheet skills, using VLookups, covering tasks like data sorting/analysis, and working with basic to advanced formulas
  • Exhibit effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Showcase a problem-solving mindset with a keen focus on details
  • Comfort and proficiency in working in a highly autonomous, collaborative environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Zendesk
  • Experience with a healthcare organization and knowledge of an electronic medical records system (AMD a plus)
  • Previous accounts payable experience
