PandaDoc is seeking a highly skilled and strategic Prospect Marketing Campaign Manager to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with the Content and Demand Generation teams to shape lifecycle marketing activities and craft the message we use to reach our audience at every stage of the acquisition buyer’s journey – from discovery to purchase.
The Prospect Campaign Manager role is pivotal in driving customer acquisition through the end-to-end planning, implementation, execution, and analysis of targeted campaigns.
In this role, you will:
- Work closely with the Manager, Campaigns, Content and Demand Generation teams to define audience segments and craft compelling value propositions.
- Identify and employ a variety of tactics to reach the target audience, including display and video advertising, email marketing, sales outreach, appcues, chat, and more.
- Craft engaging messages aligned with our brand voice and tailored to our audience’s needs and interests.
- Publish, QA, and launch lifecycle campaign tactics to ensure quality and effectiveness, checking in frequently post-launch and acting swiftly to address any deliverability or targeting concerns.
- Analyze campaign data to review performance regularly and implement iterations for continual improvement and refinement.
- Collaborate with the sales leadership and sales enablement teams to ensure effective execution of campaigns and strategies, while continuously gathering feedback and making necessary adjustments to tactics.
- Conduct client interviews to understand the value our product offerings provide to different personas and industries.
- Drive engagement by creating value-based messaging that resonates with our prospects.
- Align OKRs with the financial outcomes driven by your campaigns.
About you:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in prospect marketing or demand generation, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strong understanding of the buyer’s journey and the ability to create targeted messaging for different stages.
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling marketing messages.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships.
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
