About the role:
Were seeking a Project Manager who will manage successful projects to ensure that our deployments are delivered on time and produce the desired results. In this role, you will be orchestrating all project-related activities, managing timelines, and bringing the required resources to support the project’s success (both from Carbyne and its partners). You will be responsible for the successful day-to-day relationship between customers, partners, and Carbyne and work with relevant team members to create any required documentation requests. You will be meeting the customer regularly, following up on their needs and expectations making sure they get the best possible service expected.
Heres what youll be working on:
Oversee deployments from initiation to execution for assigned customer projects
Coordinate and work closely with partners and customers to ensure a successful implementation process and customer satisfaction
Create/manage commercial and pilot project plans
Effectively manage & communicate project tasks and commitments with the Carbyne team and other relevant stakeholders
Manage customer expectations, project schedules, and determine resource needs
Identify business development and “add-on” sales opportunities as they relate to specific projects
Lead internal, customer, and partner meetings to set expectations for all involved in the process
Establish, develop, and manage key relationships with partners and customers
Optimize and improve the work process and methodologies
Collaborate with additional project resources to ensure smooth deployments to meet project expectations
Communicate internal and external project updates.
Identify risks, escalate early and work to identify the path forward that wont delay the timeline.
Have 3 – 5 years experience in a similar position in a B2B SaaS company, managing an entire project lifecycle
Proven experience in working closely with R&D teams on product execution, technical team members, C-suite engagement for B2B SaaS or similar Command Staff engagement for B2G customers
Strong leadership, management, and organizational skills
Strong analytical and research skills – proven experience in using data and user research to glean customer insights, including directly interfacing with users
Proven ability to work with cross-functional groups and drive decision-making
Self-motivated with a hands-on approach
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment
Willingness to travel (domestically)
Experience with Public Safety organizations preferred

The pay range for this position in CA is $139,00-$155,000 + equity + benefits (including medical, dental, vision and 401K). Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
