We are hiring a Project Manager to join our Client Delivery team and manage the client implementation process for elected officials at every level — federal, state, and local! Our software is drastically improving the communication between elected officials and constituents, and impacting millions of Americans across the country. As a Project Manager, you’d be on the front lines of that impact, working cross-functionally internally and representing Indigov to our clients throughout their implementation process.

What You’ll Do

    • Manage client implementation projects for elected officials, government agencies, or other government clients
    • Gather, document, and scope technical business requirements and/or customizations in consultation with Implementation lead
    • Create internal and client-facing project plans that outline the transition from sales to implementation/Client Success. This includes mapping out dates and deadlines for clients as well as flagging resource allocation for internal purposes.
    • Manage client and team expectations for deliverables and ensure tasks are assigned and on schedule
    • Work cross-functionally with the Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to coordinate a successful launch
    • Ensure Client Success and Client Support Team readiness through internal support documentation and trainings
    • Develop an expert technical understanding of the Indigov platform and our customers’ most common business challenges
    • Champion our customer’s needs and focus on delivering exceptional value and service
    • Participate in post-project implementation analysis to identify wins and challenges

About You

    • A deep personal alignment with the Indigov mission of making government more efficient and effective through technology
    • Comfortable in 1:1 conversations with client stakeholders
    • 2+ years project management experience
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills
    • Strong technical aptitude and track record of overachieving monthly and quarterly goals
    • An interest in software development project management and learning new technologies
    • Previous experience managing software implementation a plus
    • Previous experience with legislative offices, government clients, or other government agencies is a plus but not required
    • Previous experience with Zendesk, Salesforce, or other customer service platforms is a plus
    • Previous experience with HTML is a plus
    • Experience with startups is a plus
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $80,000 – $120,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role and level.
