This role will report directly to the Manager of Consumer Engagement Marketing and will collaborate with internal stakeholders to effectively drive programs to engage and retain customers. The ideal candidate will ensure strong cross-team collaboration (particularly with brand studio, data, and product teams), and execute campaigns via the email channel for OpenTable across its North American markets.
In this role, you will:
- Manage email campaigns: build, collect and organize restaurant assets, work with design and copy team, and report
- Perform QA (quality assurance) processes across multiple systems and implementing emails across OpenTable’s North American markets
- Establish relationships within your team, as well as with key cross-channel partners across marketing, product, brand studio and data
- Above all else, you will enjoy being part of a fast-paced company that gets to serve the hospitality industry

- Prior experience with a CRM platform (familiarity with Message Gears, Eloqua, Email on Acid, Figma, JIRA, Monday a plus)
- 1-2 years professional experience
- Comfortable with a wide variety of technologies and ability to learn new tools quickly
- Highly organized; project management skills and excellent attention to detail will be expected of this position
- Strong multi-tasker, self-motivated, and flexible

There are a variety of factors that go into determining a salary range, including but not limited to external market benchmark data, geographic location, and years of experience sought/required. The range for this United States located role is $24 – $31 per hour.
