InStride Health is looking for a Project Analyst to support the portfolio of strategic and operational initiatives within the Clinical team. Reporting to the Director of Clinical Initiatives, the Project Analyst will be tasked with assisting with the oversight and management of the Initiative Roadmap, leading individual projects, and providing business analysis services. This position requires a combination of both project management and business analysis skills, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Clinical Initiative Roadmap Support
    • Support the Director of Clinical Initiatives in managing project status, risks, and issues across the portfolio of projects on the roadmap
    • Create and update documentation for executive steering committees and other stakeholder meetings
    • Manage action items and related activities
  • Project Planning and Coordination
    • Lead project planning, coordination and execution for a limited number of projects
    • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful execution
    • Coordinate project activities, resources, and stakeholders to meet project milestones and deadlines
    • Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project success and develop mitigation strategies to address them proactively
    • Provide regular updates on project status, addressing concerns and ensuring transparency
    • Foster effective communication between project teams and stakeholders
  • Business Analysis
    • Lead efforts to develop and document business requirements
    • Create and analyze operational workflows to identify initiative impacts and recommend solutions
    • Support and lead certain operational readiness and change management activities
  • Data Analysis and Reporting
    • Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to project outcomes, performance metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
    • Generate insightful reports and presentations to communicate project progress, findings, and recommendations to internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Cross-functional Collaboration
    • Collaborate closely with teams across the organization, including product development, clinical operations, growth, and finance, to align project activities with broader company goals and objectives
    • Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and accountability to drive collective success

What You Need to Succeed in the Role

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 3+ years experience in some combination of project management, change management, and business analysis
  • Ability to synthesize and communicate complex information in clear and concise ways to broad audiences
  • Strong organizational and execution abilities along with an emphasis on attention to detail
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, mission driven environment
