As a Program Manager within our Revenue Enablement team, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the success of the new revenue team hires.

On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, evolving, and measuring scalable foundational and role-specific onboarding programs to attract top talent, equip our revenue teams with the right skills, knowledge, process, and enablement tools to maximize sales growth and customer success impact from day one. Specifically, you will:

  • Own the end-to-end new hire onboarding program for revenue and customer team roles.
  • Establish Onboarding program objectives, success metrics, and milestones.
  • Partner with the Learning Enablement Manager to design, produce, and externally source training content for each learning track to achieve new hire mastery of each role’s specific competencies.
  • Facilitate in-person sessions and workshops.
  • Build and run a reinforcement strategy to ensure the application and retention of core onboarding concepts.
  • Report quarterly trends to the leadership team on the pace of ramp, average pipeline, time to first deal, etc.
  • Capture feedback on Onboarding programs to identify and address improvement opportunities.
  • Work closely with revenue enablement managers and cross-functional partners to regularly iterate on new hire programming based on the evolving needs of the business.
  • Collaborate with sales leaders to build a scalable mentorship program and own its evolution over time.
  • Partner with the Recruiting team and Revenue Onboarding manager to streamline and standardize the new hire start process.

THE SKILL SET:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of Sales Enablement, Learning & Development, or other directly relevant experience
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively with SMEs and stakeholders across the organization.
  • Experience designing and developing instructional materials and programs within a fast-paced SaaS or tech environment.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative skills in designing instructional graphics, user interfaces, and the overall visual aspect of courses.
  • Proficiency in learning technologies and instructional design best practices.
  • Experience in creating assessments to measure learning effectiveness.
  • A commitment to continuous improvement and professional development.
  • Bonus points for candidates with experience as a seller, bringing valuable insights from firsthand experience in sales or CX roles
  • Experience with direct mentorship, training, or leadership is strongly desired.
  • Experience with Enablement Platforms (Seismic, Highspot, Workramp, Mindtickle, Articulate Rise, Vyond).
  • Experience with Salesforce and Salesloft a plus

 

WITHIN ONE MONTH, YOU’LL:

  • Immerse yourself in the Salesloft culture and values through our New Hire Orientation and unique learning programs.
  • Join our 3-week Revenue Onboarding Program with an eye to evaluate and identify areas for improvement.
  • Start familiarizing yourself with Salesloft’s products, services, and learning ecosystem.
  • Meet & shadow current members of the Salesloft team, and develop an understanding of what our sales process looks, feels, and sounds like.
  • Set your OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) with your manager and develop an action plan to achieve them.

WITHIN THREE MONTHS, YOU’LL:

  • Have designed and initiated the development of new learning modules and materials.
  • Have established a clear process for running and iterating onboarding programs
  • Established a cadence with hiring managers to align on new hire expectations and outcomes.
  • Start to measure the impact of the revenue onboarding program.

WITHIN SIX MONTHS, YOU’LL:

  • Have designed and initiated the development of role specific learning programs.
  • See tangible improvements in the effectiveness of the Salesloft team based on feedback and learning metrics.
  • Become a go-to expert within Salesloft for new hires onboarding design and development.

WITHIN TWELVE MONTHS, YOU’LL:

  • Demonstrate measurable success in the learning outcomes of Salesloft team members.
  • Have contributed significantly to the professional development culture within Salesloft.
