CrowdStrike is looking for a Program Manager to join our Global PMO team. In this role, you will work closely with senior leadership, sponsors, stakeholders, other project owners, and delivery teams to deliver systems, process and application solutions to drive desired business value. As a Program Manager you will be responsible for leading diverse and multidisciplinary teams in the delivery of enterprise and cross functional projects utilizing your mastery of project management processes and experience to deliver exceptional quality. This position reports to the Project Portfolio Management Director that covers the following internal customers: Professional Services, eCommerce, Product and Engineering, Finance, and Data & Reporting.  This role will drive cross functional  projects related to software applications (SFDC, NetSuite, Snowflake), Integrations (Mulesoft, APIs).

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Oversee, manage and monitor application & process initiatives that span multiple business lines
  • Manage all aspects of related projects to ensure the overall program is coordinated and delivered according to roadmap, objectives and scope, ensuring the solution delivers on success criteria.
  • Partner with key business and operation stakeholders to understand objectives, set priorities of projects and establish a delivery roadmap
  • Leverage experience and training to create project plans appropriate to the size, scope and resource needs of the requesting team
  • Coordinate and track project timelines, identify dependencies, and develop and deliver requirements, documentation, and progress reports
  • Coordinate and track Systems Integration Tests and User Acceptance Tests publishing daily reports to maintain the project team and stakeholders informed.
  • Delegate tasks to various team members and manage successful completion of tasks, guiding team on various technical and functional aspects and removing any roadblocks
  • Lead and be a hands-on manager of application and process related projects across multiple functional groups involving a variety of technologies and applications
  • Work creatively and analytically to problem-solve project roadblocks, identify and manage risks and manage team issues
  • Build effective project teams utilizing communication and team building skills
  • Keep stakeholders and project team members informed of status and issues utilizing clear, consistent and timely communications
  • Develop an understanding of the business processes and teams you are supporting and leverage your application knowledge and experience to collaborate as solutions are defined
  • Participate in establishing PMO practices, templates, policies, tools and in the development of business partnerships

 

What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of experience in managing medium to large projects with 3+ years’ experience in large enterprise system implementations and major initiatives
  • Delivery of programs in the assigned vertical and related projects in a rapidly growing environment
  • Excellent understanding and experience in Project Methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.)
  • Ability to manage competing priorities
  • 5+ years of experience leading the project stakeholders and team in the gathering and documenting business requirements leading the project stakeholders and team
  • Demonstrable experience with Organizational Change Management and Adoption
  • Strong leadership, diplomatic and motivational skills including the ability to lead up, across and down multiple business and technology organizations
  • Detail-oriented, organized, self-motivated, hardworking team player with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required, including experience meeting with and presenting information to senior leadership
  • Ability to manage entropy
  • Passion for creating a frictionless and supportive project management experience
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving scenario
  • Knowledge and experience using project management tools, ServiceNow PPM preferred
  • Can see around corners
  • Desire to put a lasting mark in the design of a world class PMO

 

Bonus Points:

  • PMI or Agile Alliance (or equivalent) certification preferred
  • M&A and SaaS experience
  • Change Management (Prosci, CCMP or equivalent) certification desired
  • SFDC, NetSuite and/or other large modern CRM system implementation experience

CrowdStrike, Inc. is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base salary range for this position in the U.S. is $115,000 – $170,000 per year + variable/incentive compensation + equity + benefits. A candidate’s salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and location.
