Hopin is seeking a Program Manager who is passionate about learning and development, has boundless creativity, and is excited about helping our users achieve value using the Hopin platform. You will be responsible for creating and delivering engaging and impactful customer programs that support our users from onboarding through renewal.
Specifically we are looking for someone who is a great presenter and content producer with a keen eye for creating a unique and exciting branded learning experience. You are an educator at heart and understand our customer base and community and how to create outstanding educational content.
Develop original educational content designed to allow users to discover our platform through learning all that Hopin has to offer and develop best practices
Create course curriculums and lesson briefs
Partner closely with customers and internal team to create videos and learning materials that educate and inspire
Manage all video and content production aspects, editing, designing and distributing
Develop written content and one-pagers that provide guidance and inspiration for our customers
Create and manage our educational resource center on our website
Coordinate course creation and promotion with cross functional teams
Measure and monitor success metrics and continually look for ways to optimize and improve
Become a Hopin product expert that is ahead of the curve and proactive
Be an trusted partner to our Product, Customer Success and Support teams to drive customer value
Skills and Qualifications:
You have at least 2 years experience in customer education, course creation, or similar field
You are experience with basic video editing, have basic design skills and exemplary written communication
Passion for making customers and users successful at scale
You like being involved in our community and understand our audience’s needs, goals and challenges
You like to move fast and execute
