As a BigPanda product marketing manager, you will own the customer communications strategy to our existing base and play a pivotal role in GTM strategy and execution. The ability to understand a complex market, analyze customer needs and use cases, and translate technical roadmap items into clear value for BigPanda customers is critical. You will use your knowledge of customers and product capabilities to influence the BigPanda customer marketing strategy, adoption approaches, and product roadmap.

This role will be a subject matter expert in IT Operations, and a key player for many GTM teams. We are looking for a motivated, self-starter who digs into complex topics and problems, understands the importance of cross-functional relationships, translates insights and feedback into action, and delivers based on the needs of the business and the market.

What you will do:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive customer communication strategy with clear KPIs across channels, including email, community, webinar, and in-product messaging.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market launches for new product releases, including positioning, messaging, enablement, cadence, and coordination.
  • Craft compelling messaging and positioning that effectively communicates the BigPanda value proposition of our products to prospects, customers, and sales teams.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product management, sales, customer education, professional services, and other teams to enable go-to-market efforts, drive ARR, and fuel customer retention.
  • Develop a range of compelling assets and artifacts that crisply articulate product value.
  • Serve as an internal subject matter expert on an area of the BigPanda product, and our customers.

What skills and experience you’ll bring to BigPanda:

  • 4+ years of experience in product marketing or related roles. Experience delivering customer marketing programs is ideal.
  • Extensive experience articulating value to both business and technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of IT, ITOps, DevOps, or SRE markets and audiences is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills, particularly writing and presentation skills.
  • Be self-motivated, taking ownership of and executing projects through completion. You aren’t afraid to make critical decisions that impact the business.
  • Experience representing the voice of the customer to internal teams such as marketing, sales, and engineering.
  • Knowledge of the pragmatic marketing framework preferred.

Market competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range of $106,300 – $146,600. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location
