At UserTesting, the product marketing team is responsible for driving revenue growth and product adoption through close collaboration with GTM and product teams. We specialize in messaging and positioning, market and competitive analysis, content creation, and go-to-market planning, to ensure our products resonate with target audiences.  With a focus on data-driven decision-making and continuous optimization, we play a pivotal role in positioning our solutions as market leaders and supporting the overall growth objectives of the company.

The Opportunity

The Product Marketing Manager will work collaboratively with the Product, Corporate Marketing, Sales, Enablement, and Customer Success to to bring new products to market, with a focus on delivering customer value.

  • Develop go-to-market plans for new product releases, coordinating with cross-functional team members across the organization.
  • Partner with the Enablement team to ensure the field teams can clearly articulate the value of our solutions to both buyers and existing customers; develop internal tools and external collateral and teach them how and when to use it.
  • Develop product positioning and messaging that resonate with our target buyer personas.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to help create messaging and content for sales plays and initiatives
  • Understand the competitive landscape to craft differentiated messaging and enablement.
  • Create and maintain internal- and external-facing content around a specific product domain, including preparing presentations for customer conferences, sales initiatives,

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Ability to work well cross-functionally
  • Proven track record in crafting compelling positioning and messaging
  • Strong public speaking skills and experience presenting to large stage audiences
  • Experience developing visually interesting and compelling presentations, exemplary demos, as well as persuasive sales tools and collateral
  • Ability to work well with field sales and customer success teams
  • A focus on continuous improvement

Compensation
Salary up to $100,000/year
