About the Role
We are looking for a Product Manager to lead Ottimates Alliances & Ecosystem product strategy. Youll build the features, enablement tools, and integrations that make it simple and seamless for value-added resellers (VARs), system integrators (SIs), OEM partners, and marketplaces to sell and deploy Ottimate. This role blends traditional product management with a deep understanding of partner ecosystems. Youll design intuitive workflows for partner onboarding, automate reseller engagement processes, and ensure our product connects smoothly with back-office systems like CRMs, PRMs, and ERP marketplaces.
Youll work cross-functionally with Alliances, Sales, Partnerships, Engineering, and Marketingand be a key force multiplier in Ottimates indirect go-to-market motion.
Key Responsibilities
Product Ownership & Vision
Define and evolve Ottimates product roadmap for partner-facing tools, features, and APIs
Build intuitive, self-serve experiences for resellers, SIs, and OEM partners
Translate complex go-to-market workflows into scalable product features Ecosystem Enablement
Design and deliver tools that support reseller onboarding, deal registration, quoting, and support escalation
Automate the reseller engagement processfrom discovery to deal close to customer activation
Partner with Alliances and Marketing to deliver co-branded, white-labeled, or OEM- ready experiences
Back Office Integration
Ensure seamless integration between partner tools and Ottimates internal systems (CRM, CPQ, PRM, billing, and provisioning)
Collaborate with SalesOps, RevOps, and Engineering to streamline reseller operations
Support compliance with reseller rules of engagement and channel data integrity
ERP & Systems Strategy
Maintain a deep understanding of ERP ecosystems (e.g., NetSuite, QuickBooks, Acumatica, Sage, etc.) and the consultants/SIs who deploy them
Drive development of ERP integration kits, accelerators, or marketplaces tools for partners
Partner with technical teams to ensure API readiness and deployment consistency
Growth & Channel Scale
Identify bottlenecks in partner adoption and design features that remove friction
Measure partner-driven growth and iterate on platform capabilities to improve velocity
Develop product artifacts and tooling that allow the partner channel to operate independently at scale
5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS product management or partner technology roles
Strong understanding of channel ecosystems: resellers, SIs, OEMs, and marketplaces
Familiarity with ERP systems (NetSuite, QuickBooks, Acumatica, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.)
Experience working with PRMs, CRMs, CPQ systems, and back-office tooling
Comfort translating business process logic into intuitive, user-friendly features
Ability to work cross-functionally and drive alignment between Product, Alliances, Sales, and Ops
Analytical and systems-thinking mindset with a bias toward scalability and automation
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
