This role is a unique opportunity for a highly motivated individual to make a significant impact in a fast-growing company by taking our core product to the next level with delightful, impactful product experiences that let our users take more effective, seamless, and powerful data actions in our core Data Inbox platform. You’ll design new features and product experiences that will let our users take more control over their data and data outcomes, and own the Data Inbox user experience with an unrelenting focus on ease-of-use, supercharging workflows, and facilitating concrete data actions.

Who you are:

    • You are a hard working, motivated, analytical and detail oriented product manager with at least 6 years of experience in a product or technical role, including 4+ years leading teams to ship data-driven products.
    • You have experience designing multifaceted workflows for individual users and teams and performing user experience research.
    • You have hands-on experience building SaaS workflow, automation, integration, or business process-oriented products.
    • You’ve worked closely with product design and are able to provide constructive and clear design feedback.
    • You have experience prioritizing, building, and owning native and third-party integrations.
    • You’ve gained exposure to the financial services industry, either by working directly in it or prior work experience, and are excited to dive deep on our users’ needs.
    • You’ve stood a product up from scratch, from initial design, to launch, to successful go-to-market. You’re equally comfortable doing an ROI analysis and writing marketing materials.
    • Your first reaction when confronted with the unknown is to dig in, ask questions, and start learning. You are comfortable in uncharted waters and excited about grappling with difficult questions.
    • You are committed to empowering development teams by providing clear and actionable product direction.
    • Prior startup experience can be a plus but is not required.
    • Prior experience with API design, evaluation and development is preferred but not required.
    • Some prior experience with applied machine learning or artificial intelligence is helpful but not required.

What you’ll be doing:

    • Researching high-impact workflows in financial services and beyond in order to understand how our core product can best serve the people behind those workflows.
    • Creating entirely new features and product offerings with the goal of allowing our users to take more data actions, more easily.
    • Re-imagining what it means to work with document and email data by creating business-user-friendly product experiences focusing on the data outcomes driven by such data.
    • Working with product design, engineering, and data science to lead builds from start to finish.
    • Evaluating and building out integrations to expand our capability to work with other products and services that are necessary in data-driven workflows.
    • Leading the creation of marketing materials and serving as a critical voice and driving force in the go-to-market.
    • Closely collaborating with design and engineering on a daily basis to deliver results and guide product development.
    • Working with key stakeholders and customers to develop scalable and elegant solutions.

Salary Range: $145,000 – $175,000 annually + Equity + Fully Paid Company benefits + 401k + Unlimited PTO
