TeamSnap is seeking a talented and experienced Sr. Product Manager to join our team. The person in this role will be instrumental in driving the content and content programming strategy within our mobile app. It will encompass elements of product management, user experience, content strategy, content marketing, user-generated content, editorial, and more. This is a new product at TeamSnap and provides the right candidate the opportunity to build a content business from scratch used by millions of users every month.

What You’ll Do

    • Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy for our mobile app, in collaboration with cross-functional teams, to drive user engagement
    • Lead the ideation, prioritization, and execution of content initiatives that serve user value
    • Partner with business development on content acquisition and strategy
    • Manage the content lifecycle, from acquisition to delivery and improvement, ensuring high-quality and relevant content is consistently provided to our users
    • Define and communicate the why behind our content, working as a content strategist to articulate the purpose and value proposition of each piece of content we publish
    • Utilize data-driven insights and user feedback to inform content decisions, optimizing for user satisfaction, retention, and long-term success
    • Collaborate closely with design, marketing, engineering, and editorial team to ensure seamless integration of content into our mobile app experiences
    • Partner with marketing and other teams to create the pricing and packaging strategy for our content offerings

What Will Set You Up for Success:

    • Live and breathe sports and have a passion for creating key moments for our users with content
    • Deep understanding of content product management principles and methodologies, with a proven track record of success in delivering content solutions that deliver user value and drive engagement
    • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in leveraging data and metrics to drive content decision-making and measure performance
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
    • Passion for innovation and a willingness to embrace ambiguity, thriving in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment

Compensation
We’re committed to equitable compensation for all TeamSnappers. The minimum starting point for this role is $112,500 inclusive of base and bonus, with comp updated based on multiple factors. Our comp is highly competitive in our space and we adjust overall comp based on relevant experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location.
