We’re looking for a talented Product Designer to help us give our customers the best possible user experience. You’ll work closely with our VP of Product, product and design team, and our engineering teams to build a great product that over 25,000 creators use to earn a living. You’ll also:

  • Understand product specifications and user psychology
  • Find creative ways to solve UX problems (e.g. usability, findability)
  • Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences
  • Conduct concept and usability testing and gather feedback through user research
  • Define the right interaction model and evaluate its success
  • Leverage and contribute to a design system to build meaningful, beautiful experiences
  • Clearly communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers
  • Analyze user feedback and activity, and iterate to enhance the user experience
  • Keep abreast of competitor products and industry trend


The right candidate should:

  • Have proven experience as a UI Designer, UX Designer or similar role
  • Possess a strong portfolio of design projects
  • Demonstrate proficiency in design software (Figma, Principle, InVision)
  • Design production ready interfaces
  • Pay attention to details such as animations, loading states, and transitions
  • Be a great writer to effectively communicate with the team and customers
  • Possess enthusiasm for conducting basic user research
  • Know basic web technologies such as HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and React is a plus
  • Be autonomous, self-driven, and disciplined to work effectively in a 100% remote company
  • Have high problem-solving aptitude and a passion for figuring out elegant solutions
  • Have enthusiasm and belief in our mission, vision, and values

Ideally, the right candidate is also located in U.S. and EMEA timezones.


ConvertKit has standardized salaries based on position, no matter where you live. For this role, we’re hiring at our level 2 ($92,000) or level 3 ($115,000). Level is determined based on experience and our interview process.
