We’re looking for an experienced Producer to join our Mobile Games team! This position is the glue that holds the development and publishing teams together, driving the day-to-day work that keeps our games fresh, player-focused, and engaging!
While 2K is headquartered in Novato, California, our team is fully remote working West Coast hours and overlapping with Asian development partners.
What You Will Do

Key responsibilities:
- Partner with developers to define milestones and sprint deliverables, then drive the successful delivery of these objectives. Ensure completed milestones pass exit criteria and delight our customers.
- Maintain a cross-functional project roadmap that tracks releases, future content, and current development/publishing risks. Identify and cut low-priority work to increase high-priority execution.
- Project-manage the tasks of the publishing team. Lead weekly stand ups and own weekly production reporting to ensure everyone has visibility on each other’s work and are working towards common goals.
- Coordinate releases with 2K’s QA, Localization, Customer Service, and Legal Clearance teams.
- Build production processes and workflows with dev partners. Optimize the ways we communicate and build service-based mobile games to maximize time and resources.
