The Indirect Procurement Analyst is responsible for supporting a Procurement Manager and Director with responsibilities such as providing cost modeling for a broad range of engagements, capturing cost savings, developing dashboards, reports and for one category with an estimated 10M spend annually.  This role will work collaboratively with various business leaders and other stakeholders to successfully onboard and maintain vendors providing critical services, as well as resources, to augment Included Health’s in-house activities and exceed our business goals.


    • Good understanding of spreadsheet/reporting manipulation, including pivot tables, functions (i.e., vlookup/trim/concatenate/etc), & understanding of automation tools (i.e. macros) to support cost modeling for various stakeholders and engagements
    • Manage and track procurement activities for an organization(s) – e.g. IT.
    • Support process improvement & cost savings in a corporate purchasing department
    • High energy & creative critical thinking partnered with results-oriented attitude
    • Ability to engage in clear communication with cross functional global teams through presentations & documentation that get results
    • Strong planning, organization, prioritization, and consistent execution skills in a fast paced, dynamic environment
    • Some negotiation of vendor deals/terms
    • Assist with Vendor Quarterly business reviews
    • Assist with various Procurement related process and system improvement projects
    • Metrics-driven: able to identify, develop and manage metrics required to ensure quality and performance of the team
    • Ability to exhibit professionalism when collaborating with global teams & stakeholders
    • Must have the ability to communicate effectively

Required Skills/Abilities

    • 2-4+ years of experience with the Procurement of Software and Services.
    • 1-2+ years of experience with the Procure to Pay Process and the Source to Contract Process.
    • 1+ years experience working collaboratively with Legal Functions on Vendor Contracts and Contract Language.
    • 1+ years of experience in Price/Contract negotiations in the area of Software Contracts, especially SaaS.
    • Bachelor Degree in Finance, Supply Chain, or related field, or equivalent experience. Must have experience working in a SaaS or technology company.
    • Software proficiencies required: MS Office Suite. Software proficiencies preferred: Workday, SalesForce, Coupa.
