We are seeking a visionary and hands-on Principal Architect & Innovation thought leader to drive technical excellence and strategic execution across our emerging product lines—currently including Studio. This global role is pivotal in shaping our implementation execution, driving implementation efficiency, and supporting cross-functional collaboration to accelerate time-to-value (TTV), increase end user adoption, and mitigate churn & attrition. ​ 

You’ll Get To:

  • ​​Serve as the principal architect for new and emerging products with a global remit, guiding scalable, forward-looking solutions across diverse client needs.
  • ​Collaborate closely with the Pillar, Product Management, Engineering, Customer Success, Implementation, Support, and other teams to ensure solution alignment and successful go-to-market execution.
  • ​Develop and document leading implementation practices and frameworks to accelerate onboarding, reduce delivery friction, and improve overall customer experience.
  • ​Support and scale the COE by mentoring teams, enabling knowledge sharing, and institutionalizing implementation standards across the business.
  • Act as a senior escalation point and technical authority for high-stakes implementations and complex solution design challenges.
  • ​Maintain a hands-on role in select strategic projects, with a target of 35% billable utilization, to ensure practical expertise and direct impact.​

What You’ll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree or 10 years of equivalent work experience
  • ​​Proven experience as a senior or principal architect in a SaaS, enterprise software, or systems integration environment.  Commensurate experience in implementations and/or product management in lieu of architect experience.
  • ​Deep domain knowledge of finance automation, accounting workflows, or related business process solutions—experience with FRA, JRA, Studio, or comparable products strongly preferred.
  • ​Proven ability to rapidly learn and adapt to emerging technologies and evolving product capabilities.
  • ​Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives that span product, engineering, and customer-facing teams.
  • ​Strong understanding of product lifecycle, including influence over product roadmaps, feedback loops, and customer rollout strategies.
  • ​Experience designing and scaling implementation frameworks to improve time-to-value (TTV) and drive customer adoption.
  • ​Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Track record of balancing strategic vision with hands-on execution, including direct project involvement and client-facing solution design.​

Salary Range:

USD $112,000.00 – USD $140,000.00
