As the Principal Data Strategist on our Strategic Consulting Services team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the data-driven future of 6sense and our global strategic and enterprise clients. Your expertise in data strategy, analytics, and leadership will have a direct impact on our clients’ success and the advancement of our cutting-edge solutions.

You will collaborate with executive-level stakeholders—CROs, CMOs, RevOps leaders—and guide them in getting full value and impact with 6sense while:

  • Consulting on their Data Strategy
  • Defining their Data & Analytics ambitions.
  • Integrating data-driven decision-making into daily operations.
  • Fostering a modern culture of data.

You will also be instrumental in building best-in-class, tailored B2B go-to-market and ABX strategies powered by 6sense’s predictive intelligence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Advisory:
    • Advise executive clients on Data & Analytics strategy and solutions planning.
    • Provide innovative guidance based on industry best practices and personal experience.

    • Understand clients’ business goals to ensure 6sense solutions deliver maximum ROI.
    • Integrate 6sense seamlessly into clients’ operations.
  • Data-Driven Transformation:
    • Lead organizational efforts in data strategy reorganization, governance, and maturity.
    • Define future states of clients’ data landscapes.
  • Go-to-Market Leadership:
    • Collaborate on strategic design, creating comprehensive process flows.
    • Align strategies with overarching business objectives.
  • Thought Leadership:
    • Develop best practices and content for internal scaling.
    • Participate in industry events and contribute to research publications.
  • Practice Growth:
    • Oversee practice operations including recruiting, talent development, and sales.
    • Manage account relationships and drive business growth.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Work with internal teams to identify growth opportunities.
    • Drive data-driven decision-making across all engagements.

Qualifications:

  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Strategy, Analytics, Data Science, or related field.
    • MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience:
    • 10+ years in consulting roles focusing on data and analytics outcomes.
    • 8+ years as a Sales, Marketing, or RevOps practitioner in B2B companies.
    • 3+ years managing teams with proven leadership abilities.
  • Strategic Thinker:
    • Expertise in creating and implementing Data & Analytics strategies.
    • Ability to think big-picture about strategic priorities.
  • Technical Expertise:
    • Broad knowledge of Data & Analytics:
      • Data strategy and integration.
      • Data management and governance.
      • Data science, machine learning, AI.
      • Modern data architectures and engineering.
      • Data visualization and reporting.
  • Change Agent:
    • Demonstrated experience driving organizational change.
    • Proven impact in working with executive teams.

Base Salary Range: $145,125 to $212,850
