Devo is looking for an experienced and dynamic Principal Product Manager to lead our Detection, UEBA, and Automated Threat-hunting, solutions that are part of the Devo Security product portfolio. This role is crucial for driving the strategic direction, development, and success of our security solutions.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cybersecurity, leadership skills, and a proven track record of managing and launching successful products in the cybersecurity space.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Detections, UEBA, and Threat Hunting solutions.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and define product requirements.
- Align product strategy with the company’s overall business objectives and growth targets.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure successful product development and launch.
- Define and prioritize product features, enhancements, and releases based on customer needs and market trends.
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to end-of-life, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of new products and features.
- Monitor product performance, gather data-driven insights, and make informed decisions to drive continuous improvement.
- Represent the company at industry conferences, webinars, and customer meetings to promote Devo’s security solutions.
- Act as the voice of the customer within the organization, ensuring customer needs and feedback are integrated into the product development process.
REQUIREMENTS
- 3-5 years of Cybersecurity experience.
- 6-8 years in Product Management demonstrating increased responsibilities.
- Bias-to-action and hands-on experience delivering business results. Candidates should be comfortable rolling up their sleeves writing a strategy document or user stories or jumping on a customer call, but can also mentor others to do the same.
- Excellent communication skills. Must be comfortable presenting to customers and internal audiences, including senior executives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
COMPENSATION
This role will have a general base pay range of $150,000 to $210,000. In addition to the base salary, the role will include a bonus component. The provided base salary range is what we expect to pay a substantially qualified candidate, with the final offer being based on the candidate’s relevant experience and skills, as well as location and other factors. Total compensation for the role will include base salary, participation in our corporate bonus plan and an equity grant applicable to the level of the role.
