This is a remote position. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $90,000 – $180,000 + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Support PxT programs across the organization by both responding to individual employee and manager requests on internal processes
- Partner with HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, and Talent Management to build scalable people processes that enable Earnin’s rapid growth
- Assist in the regular cadence of PxT programs including talent management, compensation and performance reviews, and talent planning; onboarding and offboarding; engagement and other surveys, diversity and inclusion programs, and other ad hoc programs
- Assist in the creation and implementation of Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging (DIB) programs including Employee Resource Groups (ERGs).
- Assist HRBPs in creating simple and effective programs and people processes for client groups
- Understand business cycles, priorities, and cultural nuances as they impact and influence operational execution
- Provide feedback and counsel to enhance manager effectiveness and individual/team capabilities
- Partner with HRBPs to establish change initiatives, identifying risks, and developing communication plans
- Perform offboarding (exit) process including offboarding materials, exit interviews, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure an efficient exit process
- Work with internal stakeholders, managers, and employees to address Employee Relations issues and reach optimal outcomes
- Collect, synthesize and present summary of exit interview findings on a regular cadence
- Work with employees, managers, and the broader PxT team to foster a high performance, collaborative, fun, and equitable work environment
- This role is fast paced, varied, and requires someone who is able to change priorities at short notice. You should be organized, compassionate, results-oriented, and place a high value on impact.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field (or equivalent experience), with 3-5 years in HR, People Operations or related role
- Prior experience in DEI related work is strongly preferred
- Experience using data and data-driven insights to support the business by offering solutions in line with values and business objectives
- Demonstrated experience in career development, talent management, diversity & inclusion, or other HR related programs
- Change management skills – you can work through complex challenges with both employee and business needs in mind
- Actively thinks about their work with an eye toward inclusive solutions that increase employee engagement and belonging
- Passion for creating healthy inclusive organizations where culture is a competitive advantage for a diverse employee population
