DriveWealth is looking for a People Operations Coordinator to help enhance company culture in our new office in downtown New York City.  This position will be a hybrid role with 3 days in office. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with all levels of the business and have a hand in creating a positive experience for all of our employees. You will play a vital role in supporting DriveWealth’s ever expanding organization and ensure that the People & Talent department runs efficiently, and in line with our regulations and best practices. You will have the opportunity to help streamline and build scalable People Processes.

What You’ll Do:

  • Serve as a point of contact and resource for all employee inquiries, answering when you can, routing if you can’t, and identifying trends in questions / obstacles
  • You will work collaboratively with the People Ops team on all people and culture initiatives including: company events, recognition & wellness programs, and more for a hybrid workforce
  • Create a world class onboarding experience for all new hires.  This may include getting new hires set up in our People platforms, managing our new hire swag, coordinating our new hire orientation program, and providing a welcome tour to our amazing new HQ in downtown NYC!
  • Support our Payroll team with our biweekly payroll process
  • Manage employee data and upkeep of our HRIS, including onboarding and offboarding of systems.
  • Exciting Opportunity to assist with new HRIS implementation
  • Manage Benefits Administration across the company, including but not limited to handling day to day inquiries, open enrollment, and processing Leave of Absences.
  • Partner with our immigration attorneys on all immigration related matters.
  • You’ll work closely with our People team on people process improvement projects.
  • Ad hoc Administrative Duties as needed

What You’ll Need:

  • 3+ years of Administrative, Human Resources, Recruiting, or Operations experience
  • You are a self starter who takes initiatives to solve problems
  • You are curious and asks questions
  • Forward thinker with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptionally detail-oriented and self-directed
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships
  • Strong project management skills
  • Familiarity with employee life cycle
  • Experience with Ceridian, ChartHop, Paycor or other Workforce Management Systems is a plus.
  • Familiarity with FMLA/State Leaves and Disabilities is a plus

Compensation
Compensation package offerings are based on candidate experience and technical qualifications, as it relates to the role. These are identified and determined throughout your interviewing experience.

Please note: this role is expected to come into our office on a cadence set by the Hiring Manager/Team.
