We’re seeking a People Operations Coordinator who will be an integral part of our team, reporting directly to our Chief People Officer. This role will be responsible for many parts of the employee lifecycle here at AgencyAnalytics; from ensuring we have accurate data to supporting our growing number of employees as we scale with a laser focus on a positive experience. This role requires you to be both action and detail-oriented. You like finding ways to optimize processes and lead with empathy for the employee journey.

This role requires someone who has a people-first mentality, always ensuring that we have a seamless employee experience. You’ll be supporting both the People and the Talent functions by doing anything from keeping our people data accurate and up to date, reporting, data analysis, orientation, coordinating the onboarding and offboarding processes. Job requirements

  • You have a Bachelor’s, College, or equivalent work experience in Human Resources / Business / Psychology/ Commerce related

  • You have 1+ years of People/Talent coordination in a progressive organization and fast-paced environment

  • You have a familiarity with HR systems (ATS, DocuSign, HRIS, Payroll) and the ability to learn/adapt to various technologies

  • You have a strong people-first and customer-focused mentality when supporting internal employees

  • You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate with our employees and work closely together as part of a team

  • You can think analytically and critically; you can anticipate downstream impacts of system changes and are data-driven

What You’ll Bring

  • You will support the People team on all aspects of the employee lifecycle which includes coordinating recruitment, onboarding, employee development, retention, ongoing support, payroll and offboarding processes.

  • You will be the first point of contact for employee requests and questions, and this includes monitoring and responding, and escalating issues where appropriate

  • You will maintain accurate records of our employees in our HRIS system

  • You will support the payroll process by entering data into our payroll system (ADP Workforce Now), helping with reconciliations and performing simple calculations.

  • You will apply your analytical skills to interpret and analyze trends and metrics to support People team programs. You will be focused on creating a positive working environment for our employees with a customer-centric mindset

  • You will support other areas as needed
