As the People Experience Generalist, you will be integral to orchestrating a seamless team member experience from onboarding through ongoing support. This role demands a deep understanding of People operations, compliance, employee relations, team member engagement, and more.
This role will be in-office at our Atlanta location 5 days per week.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires, including communications, conducting thorough background checks, coordinating IT equipment provisioning, and managing the distribution and collection of pre-employment documentation.
  • Deliver impactful new hire orientations for Atlanta team members, ensuring a robust introduction to company culture, policies, and role expectations.
  • Oversee the completion and accurate processing of all I-9 forms and integrate new hires into the HRIS system with precision.
  • Maintain meticulous team member records within the HRIS system, collaborating with the HRIS Analyst to ensure data integrity and timely updates.
  • Serve as the principal contact for team member inquiries, providing expert guidance and resolving issues efficiently or escalating complex matters as needed.
  • Collaborate with People Experience Partners (HRBPs) to support strategic People initiatives aimed at enhancing team member engagement, performance, and organizational culture.
  • Support critical People functions including performance management, employee relations, and talent development, leveraging insights to drive continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with the Benefits Analyst to manage and administer leave of absence (LOA) cases for corporate administrative team members, providing regular updates and ensuring compliance with relevant policies.
  • Offer expert support to team members throughout the LOA process, addressing queries and facilitating smooth transitions.
  • Collaborate with People Experience Partners to refine offboarding strategies based on synthesized data and feedback.
  • Manage Jira tickets related to People functions, providing timely resolutions and escalating complex issues when necessary.
  • Contribute to projects and initiatives, supporting the overarching goals of the People Experience Team and ensuring operational excellence.

What You’ve Done:

  • Bachelor’s Degree with at least 1-2+ years of experience in HR
  • Ability to work as part of a global, matrixed team while also being comfortable as a self-starter
  • Ability to handle confidential sensitive information in a tactful and diplomatic manner
  • Sound judgment and analytical thinker who knows when to escalate issues
  • Able to demonstrate knowledge and strong understanding of HR information systems (UKG preferred) and Microsoft Office
